Kids Yoga Exercises

Welcome to Little Yogis in the House! The kids yoga videos on this site include breathing, asanas (postures) and relaxation exercises for children ages 3-7 but even the tiniest of yogis (toddlers!) have enjoyed them too.  They are meant to be short videos to help children who are new to yoga get accustomed to the practice and gradually increase their practice time.  Plus, little yogis like to move around :) Start browsing and contact us anytime. 

Note to Parents, Caretakers and Teachers - there's a saying "children are great imitators so give them something great to imitate".  Children will benefit from yoga exercises when they see us doing them too! Try out these videos with them to help them get used to the practice.
